Shipping
When placing an order through our online shop, you have the option to have it shipped to an address of your choice.
For local purchases within the Republic of Cyprus, you may also opt to personally pick up your order from our store. We offer shipment of orders within Europe.
Products in stock will be dispatched within 3-4 business days. Please note that there are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. In the event a product is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

For orders to other countries, the delivery time depends on the courier service. You may contact us for an estimated time of delivery and cost.
While we endeavor to deliver your purchases within the specified period on the website, please note that the times indicated are indicative only. A.Tsielepis Reference Photography LTD shall not be liable if delivery occurs at a later date.
Shipping Method
Our preferred forwarder is DHL EXPRESS based in Nicosia, Cyprus. We utilize DHL Express as our primary shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
If the forwarder fails to deliver your order on the first attempt, a message will be left indicating the courier unit where your order is being held. Subsequently, the forwarder will attempt delivery again the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, you will be provided with information to contact the carrier to arrange an alternative solution. The parcel will remain at the carrier facilities for 10 business days. If no instructions are received within this timeframe, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
All items are insured by A.Tsielepis Reference Photography LTD until delivery to your address. If the package appears to be damaged on the outside upon delivery, you should refuse acceptance. We will arrange for a new shipment once the package is returned to us.

Any complaints regarding the condition of delivered goods, including missing tags, must be reported to A.Tsielepis Reference Photography LTD no later than two working days after receipt of the goods, by email at info@leicacyprus.com or by calling (+357) 99 620060.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, order composition, and country of delivery. Please refer to the table below for an overview of shipping costs per region. Please note that these costs are inclusive of 19% VAT, apply per product, and may vary between different products. Exact shipping costs can be found in your shopping cart.
- Republic of Cyprus:
- Orders within Republic of Cyprus are shipped at no additional cost.
- European EU countries:
- Shipping cost is €60.00 for orders up to a value of €1000.00.
- Orders with a value of €1000.00 and above are shipped with additional shipping cost of €95 to European EU and non-EU countries.
- Pick up in store:
- No additional cost will be added to your order value when picking up your order in-store.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product ordered from our online shop and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@leicacyprus.com with the order number and your contact details, along with the reason for the return. Once we receive your email with the required information, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for returning the product. Products returned without an RMA number may experience delays.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary.
